The Global Business Marketing team is searching for a Data Analyst to propel the Marketing Partnerships & Industry Education (MPIE) team. This role supports the TikTok Marketing Partners Program, aiming to develop strategies that enhance TikTok's products and value propositions within the partner ecosystem.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to set and monitor team-wide KPIs
- Improve existing data sources and work with data engineers on new datasets
- Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover key growth opportunities within the partner ecosystem
- Maintain and develop accessible reports, dashboards, and intelligence resources
- Drive strategy for the TikTok Marketing Partners Program through analytics
- Enable data-driven decision-making by partnering with cross-functional teams
- Create inventive analyses and draw actionable insights to advance business goals
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and other teams to ensure program success

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as math, statistics, or data science
- At least 4 years of experience in data analytics, consultancy, or related fields
- Proficiency in SQL, R or Python, and statistical modeling
- Expertise in visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
