The Investigations Data Analyst will work within the Trust & Safety division to detect and address deceptive behaviors.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Analyze data to develop insights for internal teams.
- Utilize various data sources to track high-threat actors in Influence Operations.
- Identify risk patterns and connections through data analysis.
- Collaborate with teams on investigations and incidents.
- Address process and policy gaps with actionable solutions.
- Handle sensitive data in line with privacy laws and regulations.
- Work with global experts to manage threats and create protective measures.
- Stay informed on current trends to improve proactive safety measures.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in investigations, trust & safety, or related areas.
- Proficiency in analyzing large datasets.
- Intermediate SQL or relational database skills.
- Experience in crisis management.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
