In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop analytics frameworks and product metrics for TikTok Shop's Seller Central Live products.
• Identify trends to enhance e-commerce growth and optimize product offerings.
• Monitor KPI and develop metrics frameworks for cross-functional efforts.
• Conduct A/B testing and provide actionable insights for product improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance product adoption and growth.
• Design reporting dashboards and data pipelines for internal team insights.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
• 3+ years of Data Science experience
• Expertise in Product Analytics and Experimentation
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R
