The role of Senior Data Analyst is crucial to supporting the company's market-level strategies, focusing on data-driven insights to inform decisions on inventory, pricing, and promotions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data related to sales, inventory, customer behaviors, and market trends.
• Create visual reports and dashboards for stakeholder decision-making.
• Monitor KPIs to assess business strategies and identify improvements.
• Identify data trends and patterns to improve marketing, performance, and supply chain efficiency.
• Maintain data accuracy and standards, and improve data sharing with internal teams.
• Utilize statistical tools to predict trends and support informed business decisions.
• Analyze market conditions and competitor performance for strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with SMC and global teams in Chennai and Manila and manage business relationships with data vendors.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• 3-5 years of related experience, with at least 2 years in a lead analyst position.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or retailing science.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with retail benchmarking tools like Circana, Nielsen IQ, and Opis.
• Knowledge of SAP business warehouse and Power BI.
• Understanding of retail and Convenience Retail business processes.

Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 20lbs, and prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking.
