The Data Analyst role supports executives and business leaders through data analytics and business intelligence.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Report to the Director of Information Technology.
• Provide insights, innovation, and oversight of the data analytics function.
• Work with executives and business leaders to align data analytics with T&C's vision.
• Develop reports, dashboards, web services, and machine learning models for internal teams.
• Offer management visibility into data-driven insights for strategic direction.
• Recommend analytic approaches and establish KPIs.
• Develop data standards and structure large datasets.
• Translate business questions into data requirements.
• Conduct ongoing ROI assessments through web and mobile analytics.
• Evaluate and improve user data collection processes.
• Leverage storytelling and customer voice through the DOMO solution.
• Foster a data-driven culture across the organization.
• Provide data to support proposals and business development efforts.
• Maintain data technology architecture and platform blueprints.
• Create workshops and develop business cases with the executive team.
• Manage all phases of the data science product lifecycle.

This role requires you to have:

• 5 years’ experience in data analytics or data science
• Experience with large data sets and computing systems
• Ability to provide actionable insights
• Experience in business process analysis and data architecture design
• Leading cross-functional groups
• Strong foundation in math, statistics, and computer science
• Presenting data in visual formats
• Prototyping/modeling
• Problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, R, etc.
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility in work hours
