Senior Data Integration Analyst

TowneBank is looking for a Senior Data Integration Analyst to join their team. This role is essential for managing the flow of data between applications, aiding in the resolution of business challenges through data management and integration. The team is focused on improving data processes and maintaining data warehouse performance.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop solutions to business challenges using data management and integration.
• Create and manage custom reporting and data management applications.
• Automate cyclical reporting processes such as quarterly and annual regulatory filings.
• Study data sources, define and validate data objects, and analyze their relationships.
• Plan data integration processes by developing common data definitions and integration specifications.
• Deliver data integration by establishing interfaces, data mapping, and modifying functions and procedures.
• Validate data integration through test plans and scenarios.
• Maintain performance of the data warehouse by resolving data conflicts.
• Enhance data integration team by mentoring team members and planning delivery of solutions.
• Adhere to federal laws including AML and BSA.

This role requires you to have:

• 7+ years experience in a related role.
• Strong experience in MS SQL Server, database tuning, and ETL processes.
• Strong programming and analytical skills.
• Mortgage industry experience.
• Ability to work independently and in groups.
