Toyota Tsusho America fosters a challenging, stimulating, and financially rewarding work environment aimed at driving company success. The HR Data Analyst will support the HR team by leveraging data to identify actionable improvement opportunities and develop HR strategy.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the VP of Human Resources and GM of Planning, Programs & Systems to develop success measures for HR strategy.
  • Monitor and measure progress towards goals.
  • Perform complex analysis using a variety of HR data sources.
  • Manage HR survey data for Employee Listening & Culture initiatives.
  • Work with HR leaders and stakeholders to understand people processes and identify data needs.
  • Clearly communicate statistical analyses and results to different audiences.
  • Assist the VP HR in creating presentations summarizing complex analysis.
  • Manage third-party People data.
  • Execute and interpret Workday reports and integrate data with HRIS and financial sources.
  • Develop and implement workforce headcount planning processes.
  • Support HR reporting and data visualization needs.
  • Perform data quality reviews and design solutions with HR teams.
  • Develop and maintain standard reporting visualizations for HR and business monitoring.
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage development of HR models, forecasts, and performance measures.

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in an analytical role with HR data management.
  • Ability to transform large HR data sets into business analytics.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Familiarity with Project Management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience in Survey Management using tools like Survey Monkey.
  • Proficient in Excel, particularly with merging workbooks, creating pivot tables, and using functions.
  • Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems, specifically Workday and People Analytics.

You would benefit from having:

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
