In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive business intelligence strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Create and manage dashboards and reports to deliver critical business insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, operations, engineering, and leadership for cross-departmental data insights.
• Manage data warehouse development and ensure data governance.
• Empower team members to conduct their own data analytics through advanced tools.
• Provide strategic insights to senior leadership based on data analysis and BI findings.
• Stay informed of industry trends and implement innovative BI solutions.
• Use proprietary data to become a subject matter expert in light industrial space and global supply chains.

This role requires you to have:

• 4+ years experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence
• BS/MS in data science, statistics, mathematics, economics, finance, engineering, or equivalent experience
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Proficient in Python, R, or machine learning modeling
• Excellent data storytelling and collaboration skills

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with analytics notebook tools like Hex or Hyperquery
• Familiarity with modern data stack tools like dbt
