Data Analyst

Transdev North America partners with various entities to provide transportation solutions, maintaining extensive operations across the U.S. They are seeking a Data Analyst with excellent analytical skills to prepare transit data for billing, facilitating communication between the general manager and client representatives.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect and compile operation data from various sources.
• Verify and validate data accuracy concerning billable hours.
• Document shuttle routes and passenger counts in Excel.
• Generate billing reports with precise calculations.
• Reconcile any data discrepancies and maintain records.
• Collaborate to enhance data collection processes.
• Prepare summaries and presentations of findings.
• Ensure compliance with billing and reporting standards.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 2 years of transportation-related experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with SQL databases.
• Knowledge of transportation management software.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Understanding of billing and invoicing processes.
