Data and Performance Analyst

The role of Data and Performance Analyst is integral to the growing performance and tooling team, aiding in the development and deployment of AV solutions that enhance public transit and community connectivity.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and annual data to identify trends and needs
• Generate and maintain dashboards and analysis tools
• Differentiate between ad hoc and continued analysis needs
• Aggregate data from various sources
• Report on ongoing, special, and emergency metrics
• Identify and implement workflow automation opportunities
• Analyze operations dashboards and other data
• Develop and maintain solutions or alternative practices
• Act as a product owner for specific tools, understanding user needs and prioritizing improvements
• Ensure scalability of tools and processes
• Confer with managers to ensure changes meet expectations
• Compile feedback for tools managed externally
• Gather and organize information to solve problems or improve procedures
• Provide scalable and customer-centric recruiting and onboarding processes
• Perform additional duties as assigned

This role requires you to have:

• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Slides, Google Sites, Google Sheets)
• Ability to work independently on extensive project roadmaps
• Deep understanding of spreadsheet functions and formulas
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to build and maintain dashboards
• Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation abilities
• Organizational efficiency and strong attention to detail
• Team mentality
• Project or process ownership
• Ability to interpret business periodicals, journals, technical procedures, and regulations
• Report writing and business correspondence skills
• Regular acceptable attendance
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
