The Data Analyst, Consultant role exists to transform the company into an insights-driven organization by developing marketing analytics solutions in partnership with the Global Marketing team. The position offers the chance to collaborate with a team of innovative individuals working with advanced technology.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze issues, define solution requirements, and manage project plans.
- Translate business problems into scalable reporting solutions.
- Identify and collect necessary data assets.
- Combine and transform data from various sources to develop solutions.
- Create ETLs, datasets, dashboards, and visualizations for internal users.
- Manage the entire solution development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, and ongoing maintenance.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, analytics, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in business data analytics and reporting.
- Operational experience with marketing analytics systems, such as Salesforce and GA4.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
You would benefit from having:
- Advanced experience with tools like Alteryx, Python, and SQL.
- Knowledge of databases and data transformation concepts.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in an Agile environment (JIRA).
