This three-year rotational initiative is aimed at developing data science and leadership skills within a collaborative culture. Participants will gain hands-on experience, access to a comprehensive data science curriculum, and engage in a mentoring program.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Participate in a diverse data science curriculum focusing on analytics and business strategy.
• Engage in hands-on projects under the guidance of experienced mentors.
• Analyze data sources to generate insights and enhance customer experience.
• Communicate findings and collaborate with team members.
• Develop business understanding to support model creation.

This role requires you to have:

• Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related STEM field.
