The Senior Product Rating Analyst role supports initiatives in content management and business requirement analysis.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and provide documentation support.
• Define and prioritize a backlog for product teams.
• Act as a representative of the end-user, ensuring feedback is integrated.
• Support team and process improvements.
• Communicate resource needs for business objectives.
• Oversee operations of eLibrary, Product Catalog, and UGuide.
• Ensure timely publication of form updates.
• Investigate rating discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain business partnerships and provide consultation.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Three years of experience in programming, development, actuarial, or rating.

You would benefit from having:

• Two years of Agile product management experience.
• Five years of programming or configuration experience.
• Knowledge of property casualty insurance products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel.
