Triple Canopy, a subsidiary of Constellis, is looking for a Data Analyst who will play a vital role in supporting alarm monitoring and dispatch operations. This position involves managing and updating system information to ensure the efficacy of alarm systems and building profiles. The team is dedicated to maintaining robust data that aids in emergency and non-emergency dispatching.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Validate and maintain information for all alarm systems and associated buildings.
• Update building profiles with specific instructions for dispatch operations.
• Ensure accuracy of physical demographics, responder contacts, and alarm panel details.
• Perform quality assurance across all information systems.
• Maintain statistical data through tracking and logging tools.
• Record operational statistics regularly.
• Assist in training personnel in using various systems.

This role requires you to have:

• US Citizenship
• High School diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Strong command of the English language
• Computer skills including reasonable speed and accuracy in word processing and spreadsheets
