In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Handle the complete data analysis pipeline for performance science projects.
• Develop and maintain the code for performance science platforms.
• Create and improve data collection protocols.
• Identify best practices for data reporting from assessments.
• Collaborate with coaches to link sports science with field performance.
• Perform statistical analysis and modeling of sports data.
• Develop and maintain data collection systems and tools.
• Create tools to support internal operations.
• Interpret in-game statistics to optimize performance strategies.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in sports analytics or data analysis.
• Proficiency in R, Python, or SQL.
• Strong data interpretation abilities.
• Knowledge of diamond sport-specific data and statistical methods.

• Familiarity with 3D Motion Capture, Force Plates, high-speed cameras, and TrackMan systems.
