This role involves working remotely from specific states, requiring US citizenship due to the Department of Defense contract. The analyst will collaborate on essential data tasks to support healthcare solutions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct and document data analysis to identify trends and potential issues.
• Reconcile data and explain variances.
• Collaborate with requestors to define requirements and develop solutions.
• Produce and manage assigned reports accurately and timely.
• Maintain relationships with business owners of reports.
• Respond to customer inquiries efficiently.
• Ensure documentation and procedures align with company policies.
• Analyze healthcare data to support management decisions.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Ensure regular and reliable attendance.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare, or related field.
• One year of experience in healthcare analysis or data management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• US citizenship.

You would benefit from having:

• Familiarity with healthcare claims and payment data.
• Basic knowledge of JIRA and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, MS Azure, Databricks or Edifecs.
• Experience with business process needs analysis.
• Understanding of PowerBI and reporting tools.
