In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Report on and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and KPI tracking.
  • Generate actionable insights and narratives from complex data to guide marketing strategies.
  • Develop dashboards and resources to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Train teams to enhance engagement with data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Define metrics and forecasts for strategic planning.
  • Contribute to the expansion of analytics services and promote agency innovation.
  • Conduct A/B testing and suggest optimization strategies.
  • Maintain data models and collaborate with data partners for maintenance.
  • Build expertise in data and ad tech for select marketing channels.
  • Support marketing efforts via case study development.
  • Collaborate with clients on the use of advanced analytics platforms.

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data analytics, applied mathematics, or marketing.
  • Over four years of agency experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, and R.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to convert data into insights.

You would benefit from having:

  • Familiarity with MarTech tools such as Invoca and Salesforce.

This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States, following Eastern time company office hours.
