Truist is looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join their Product Management team. This role focuses on enhancing and supporting the ATM & Teller platforms while spearheading technology and digital transformations. The candidate will work closely with teams across the organization to elevate client experiences and product offerings.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Monitor digital trends and assess experience-related business/service models.
- Conduct market analysis to provide strategic recommendations for enhancing client experiences.
- Benchmark Truist products against competitors to uncover opportunities.
- Lead research to address product issues and findings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to share insights and analyses.
- Coordinate research to strengthen understanding of client insights and the competitive landscape.
- Define and communicate reporting requirements during software development.
- Support the development of digital roadmaps aligning with client and technology needs.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, design, or technology.
- Three years of experience in banking, financial services, or relevant fields.
- Two years in product, analysis, technology, or design roles.

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of technology trends in financial services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for complex data analysis.
