In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Monitor digital trends and identify relevant business models.
• Develop market analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Benchmark Truist products against competitors.
• Research product issues and lead remediation.
• Coordinate cross-functional research and client insights.
• Define and communicate reporting requirements in SDLC.
• Support the creation of digital technology roadmaps.
