They seek a dedicated and passionate Data Analyst to join their team and help in evaluating program impact. • Maintain links with external data collection and evaluation efforts.
• Develop relationships with local and state organizations for data access and shared goals.
• Represent the organization in various activities and projects.
• Share findings through presentations and detailed research reports.
• Prepare internal reports on evaluation activities.
• Write proposals for funding or initiating research projects.
• Conduct research and analysis to support organizational work.
• Collaborate across departments to meet organizational mission.
• Participate in professional development for continuous learning.
• Use NeonCRM platform to manage relationships and project performance data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This role requires you to have:

• Ability to work with diverse personalities and professional backgrounds.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with database development, Tableau, and geospatial analysis.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and solve problems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of evaluation and community-based research.
• Experience with program evaluation principles and practices.
• Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research and evaluation.
• Ability to analyze information and present findings clearly.
• Skills in designing and manipulating data using databases.
• Understanding of statistical principles and methods.
• Experience in training staff and partners in data management and analysis.
• Familiarity with early care and education field issues.
• Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends.

Candidates must have clean Act 33, Act 34, and Act 73 clearances, as well as a clean National Sex Offender Registry verification. A valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance are required. Required training includes Mandated Reporter Training, NeonCRM Training, and PQAS Professional Development Instructor Certification.
