In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Analyze and manage data to aid construction project decision-making.
- Create data presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address data needs and supply insights.
- Develop and maintain cost models and market reports.
- Implement statistical models for prediction and optimization of construction processes.
- Conduct data quality checks and ensure data governance.
- Recommend process improvements via data-driven solutions.
- Train users on new data tools and reports.
- Possibly handle SOX control responsibilities as applicable.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex data.

- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
