In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage data to aid construction project decision-making.
• Create data presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address data needs and supply insights.
• Develop and maintain cost models and market reports.
• Implement statistical models for prediction and optimization of construction processes.
• Conduct data quality checks and ensure data governance.
• Recommend process improvements via data-driven solutions.
• Train users on new data tools and reports.
• Possibly handle SOX control responsibilities as applicable.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex data.
