The role involves enhancing growth through data-driven insights and collaboration with teams like Product, Engineering, and Trust and Safety. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Present analysis and recommendations to executive leadership and coordinate with product teams.
  • Lead experimentation processes, from test design to result analysis, that inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with product, data science, and operations leaders to enhance user experience and profitability.
  • Support strategic ad-hoc analytical projects.
  • Develop data specifications, construct ETL pipelines, and assess the impact of new products and policy changes.

This role requires you to have:

  • 2+ years in product/data analytics, data science, or business intelligence.
  • Advanced quantitative skills and proficiency in data analysis.
  • Strong SQL and understanding of relational databases.
  • Experience in transforming data into impactful presentations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and an ability to articulate insights.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • Thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

You would benefit from having:

  • Experience in consumer tech, marketplaces, or e-commerce.
  • Proficiency with BI and visualization tools like DOMO or Tableau.
  • Experience designing and executing A/B tests.
