Tyler Technologies' Payments group is looking for a Product Analyst to join a dynamic team focusing on delivering top-notch payment solutions. The team develops various solutions aiding citizens in making payments online, by phone, and in person. The position offers a chance to develop skills in requirement extraction and the deployment of new features.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Research and analyze market problems and competitors.
• Prioritize, validate, and plan feature releases.
• Design solutions and communicate them through epics and stories.
• Guide the development, testing, and documentation of new features.
• Drive the adoption of solutions through marketing and community engagement.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience with local government or state entities.
• Knowledge of payment solutions.
• Background in customer-facing roles focusing on software development requirements.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle, especially agile.
