The Business, Insights, and Performance team is looking for a Data Analyst/Scientist focused on digital channel optimization. This role will play a key part in transforming operations and enhancing customer experiences.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis using advanced statistical techniques.
- Present data and findings concisely to enable quick decision-making.
- Develop methods to process and analyze diverse big data sources for client services improvement.
- Create and validate predictive models for enhanced product features.
- Collaborate with partners to prioritize and integrate analysis needs.
- Monitor and measure the impact of applied recommendations.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, engineering, or applied mathematics.
- Four to six years of relevant experience.
- Formal experience and education in data science.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data.
