In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and build relational database models
• Define data requirements to meet business needs
• Develop strategies for data acquisitions, archive recovery, and database implementation
• Foster value creation from internal and external data assets
• Source value through data-enabled strategies and analytics governance
• Create design principles and technical/infrastructure deliverables
• Participate in product design recommendations
• Write scripts and commands for data manipulation
• Plan and conduct database tests, monitor results, and take corrective actions
• Resolve database performance, capacity, data integrity, and replication issues
• Design and build ETL data solutions for Salesforce Service cloud
• Drive prioritization of data requests
• Ensure data governance and accuracy
• Manage the entire analytics life cycle using Python, SQL and ETL tools
• Develop visualizations using Tableau
• Review and analyze data quality in the database system

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
• 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in data analytics
• Experience designing and building data mappings and ETL data solutions for Salesforce Service cloud
• Experience managing the analytics life cycle using Python, SQL and ETL tools
• Experience developing visualizations using Tableau
• Experience with SQL, PLSQL, R, Python, Excel, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, Geo-spatial tools and ETL tools
