The U.S. Department of State's Service Integration & Innovation Division is looking for a Data Scientist to join its Office of Consular Systems and Technology. This role is key in developing data-driven strategies to enhance the department's operational capabilities. The team focuses on applying advanced analytics to drive decision-making within the bureau.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee comprehensive data analytics programs.
- Lead strategic data planning, including the design of analytics models.
- Conduct and design empirical studies using AI/ML techniques.
- Develop data management requirements, governance, and procedures.
- Represent the Bureau on interagency committees for data science initiatives.
