In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR and organizational leaders to maintain data integrity for analytics.
• Conduct continuous data assessments to provide actionable business insights.
• Update reports and scorecards in response to organizational changes.
• Generate HR metrics and predictive analytics to guide strategic decisions.
• Analyze data to identify trends and suggest improvements in HR processes.
• Develop HR dashboards and reports aligning with business needs.
• Lead projects for designing and delivering employee engagement surveys.
• Provide insights into workforce management through data analysis.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL Server
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud/OTBI Reporting
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and technical aptitude
