In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR and organizational leaders to maintain data integrity for analytics.
- Conduct continuous data assessments to provide actionable business insights.
- Update reports and scorecards in response to organizational changes.
- Generate HR metrics and predictive analytics to guide strategic decisions.
- Analyze data to identify trends and suggest improvements in HR processes.
- Develop HR dashboards and reports aligning with business needs.
- Lead projects for designing and delivering employee engagement surveys.
- Provide insights into workforce management through data analysis.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL Server
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud/OTBI Reporting
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and technical aptitude
