The Administrative Analyst plays a crucial role within the Department of Care Coordination and Clinical Social Work, supporting initiatives that aim to enhance patient experiences. This position involves working under the guidance of the Manager of Strategies, Analytics and Quality Initiatives to fulfill the department’s mission.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze data, create status and financial reports, and aid in the systems design and implementation.
• Identify and resolve problems and system issues, establish controls, and communicate findings to management.
• Facilitate effective communication within and outside the department with vendors and customers.
• Act as a liaison with Patient Access Services, Patient Business Services, and the Medical Records Department.
• Manage Medicare and Medi-Cal processes and related activities.
• Provide administrative support to the Manager to achieve departmental goals.

This role requires you to have:

• Equivalent education and experience to a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field.
• Minimum of two years of professional administrative and analytical experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong data and report analysis skills.
• Effective project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to create presentations and organize meetings.
