In this role as an HRIS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining the organization's internal HR information services systems. You will collaborate with executive leadership and the HR team to identify and implement improvements and enhancements, ensuring compliance with data security and privacy requirements.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain optimal function of the organization's internal HR information services systems, including database management, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Manage internal system files, tables, codes, integrity, and security.
• Implement, modify, and upgrade software and applications to meet changing business and technology needs.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and HR staff to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases, recommending and implementing solutions.
• Serve as a lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR database design and implementation projects.
• Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
• Stay knowledgeable about trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology, and HRIS applications.
• Manage projects and process improvement, utilizing change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality.
• Provide production support, researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results, or process flaws, and recommending solutions or alternate methods.
• Generate reports/queries, including writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools, and assisting in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
• Conduct training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation, and training clients on new processes/functionality.
• Participate in user group meetings/conferences.
• Develop and maintain HR technology strategy and roadmap.
• Plan, budget, and forecast HRIS needs and applications, staying aware of vendor plans and their potential impact on current and future HRIS functionality.

This role requires you to have:

• UltiPro/UKG experience
• Kronos/Dimensions experience
• IBM Cognos, Tableau, or SQL Coding experience
• Advanced Excel experience
• Understanding of system integrations/file feeds
• At least 5 years of experience utilizing/managing advanced functionalities of HR systems and related processes
• Project Management experience for system delivery
• Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of data and information
• PMP or CAPM preferred or equivalent experience
• Attention to detail for systems and data including security, overall design, and delivery
• An appetite to learn and continuously improve own personal development/skills and business knowledge
