Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) provides comprehensive support to Marines and their families, enhancing life in the Marine Corps Community. The team comprises military personnel, civilians, contractors, and volunteers. This full-time role is based in Quantico, VA, and focuses on utilizing data to drive improvements and support operations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect, verify, and process data from multiple sources.
• Conduct statistical analysis and develop predictive models.
• Perform quality assurance checks on data.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations of data findings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data collection methods.
• Manage sensitive information in accordance with applicable regulations.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency with data management and reporting systems such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
