The Data Analyst will play a vital role in optimizing customer relationships through data analysis, supporting strategic fundraising and community impact efforts.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage and organize CRM system data to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective data reporting and dashboard creation.
• Develop and present comprehensive reports and visualizations using infographics and other methods.
• Support fundraising and accounting teams in managing pledge reminders and invoices.
• Ensure data confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive information.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong analytical and statistical skills.
