Senior Data Analyst - Remote

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will influence the health care system by developing impactful operational dashboards and analyses, supporting leadership with vital insights into Health Risk Assessment operations, staffing, and financial metrics.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create and update automated dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses on healthcare data and operational staffing impacts.
• Conduct QA and UAT of health risk data.
• Share meaningful results and updates with leadership at various levels.
• Provide operational expertise to train others.
• Monitor HRA program CMS compliance standards.
• Maintain data integrity within the HRA DataMart.

This role requires you to have:

• 4+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
• Experience with CMS technical specifications and audits.
• Experience with Oracle Database SQL or SQL Server.
• 4+ years of healthcare industry experience.
• Statistical data analytics and reconciliation expertise.

• Business Analysis Certification.
• Experience with global operations teams.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare health plans.
• Intermediate or Advanced knowledge of Power BI and/or Tableau.
• SQL and/or SAS Enterprise Guide expertise.
