The Data Analyst role exists to support the IT team in delivering automated reports and analytical insights that aid both internal and external business operations. The team aims to advance data mining techniques and develop impactful reports for diverse computing environments.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports utilizing MSSQL, Crystal Reports Enterprise, Power BI, and Excel.
• Develop processes for report automation and create documentation to streamline reporting tasks.
• Design custom reports and automate reporting tasks using SSRS and scheduled MSSQL jobs.
• Contribute to project planning and task monitoring within the team.
• Assist in creating new reports for senior management across various departments.
• Perform additional duties as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with database management tools, including SQL proficiency.
• Proficiency with MSSQL stored procedures and report automation.
• Familiarity with advanced MSSQL features for automating data processes.
