Universal Music Group (UMG), the leading global music company, is committed to innovation and artistry. They are seeking a Data Analyst within the Nashville division to provide statistical insights and support the A&R team's strategy by evaluating song performance and identifying new talent.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and test statistical models for artist and song evaluation
• Conduct research to improve understanding of music metrics
• Create key data sets for internal reporting tools
• Provide data solutions for large data sets
• Collaborate closely with the Data & Research Team and Corporate Data team
• Communicate insights with analytics and A&R teams
• Implement new analytical processes or technologies
