- Lead and support learning analytics initiatives.

- Propose enhancements to LMS services and analytics processes.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as FERPA.
