• Lead and support learning analytics initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards.
• Develop analytics tools and predictive models using Python, SQL, or R.
• Stay current on data engineering and analytics advancements.
• Propose enhancements to LMS services and analytics processes.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as FERPA.
