• Compare and interpret student employment data and salary trends.
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance co-op and full-time placements.
• Configure and maintain the CRM database including Salesforce.
• Prepare and deliver executive reports and dashboards.
• Promote a data-informed culture within the university.
