The EPIC Clarity Data Analyst role is integral to their team, tasked with delivering vital insights through data analysis and reporting, enhancing the quality and efficiency of Revenue Services.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop timely and predictive reports and dashboards using EPIC Clarity
• Interpret data and analyze results for actionable reports
• Collaborate with leadership to align on business and information needs
• Enhance data collection processes for improved reporting
• Identify and interpret trends in complex data
• Ensure analytics consistency across platforms
• Assist with special projects as necessary

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science or business-related area
• 2+ years of relevant experience in physician billing or hospital environment
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Epic Clarity Data Model Certification
• Intermediate-advanced SQL proficiency
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
