The role of EPIC Clarity Data Analyst is crucial in the Operational Analytics and Automation team to harness data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop timely and predictive reports and dashboards using EPIC Clarity and other platforms.
• Analyze data and deliver actionable reports to stakeholders.
• Work closely with Revenue Services leadership to align on business priorities.
• Create data collection processes to enhance reporting quality.
• Identify trends in complex datasets.
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy across platforms.
• Support special projects and perform additional duties as needed.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, or business.
• 2+ years relevant experience, preferably in billing or hospital settings.
• Epic Clarity Data Model Certification.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL proficiency.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
