Data Management Analyst I

The University of Florida at Warrington College of Business is seeking a Data Management Analyst I to join UF/IFAS Extension EFNEP. This role is pivotal in ensuring data integrity and optimizing program evaluation at a national nutrition education program. The position supports the program's mission to mitigate nutrition insecurity among financially disadvantaged groups, through advanced data management efforts.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain databases for program data tracking and analysis.
• Lead the Data Entry Processor and oversee data entry accuracy.
• Conduct program evaluations including data collection, management, and reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate data submission for federal review.
• Train staff on data reporting tools such as Web-NEERS and internal tools.
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and errors.
• Manage IRB submissions and renewals.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area.
• Two years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data tools.

This is a time-limited, grant-funded position with some overnight travel required, based in Gainesville, FL.
