Data Management Analyst

The University of Illinois System's Division of Management Information (DMI) is looking for a Data Management Analyst to oversee administrative databases and support data reporting. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and representing the office on various university committees for effective data management.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain databases and reporting techniques to meet evolving information needs.
• Provide training and support for data integration and management activities.
• Deliver accurate reports and data analysis for management decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy and solve quality issues.
• Develop a deep understanding of university data and reporting requirements.
• Represent DMI in university committees when necessary.

This role requires you to have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of IT work experience related to hardware/software support, programming, or systems integration.
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as SAS, Python, or R.
• Experience with database administration, Microsoft SQL server, and MS Office.
