In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain data extracts, queries, and reports.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools for decision support in recruitment, admissions, and other areas.
  • Ensure data accuracy and efficiency, and provide recommendations based on findings.
  • Collaborate with the Office of Assessment & Technology’s Data Team, the Technology Team, and other campus constituents.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and university regulations.
  • Create documentation and training materials for end users.
  • Serve as a functional expert in enrollment management data.

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant analytical field.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience with complex data sets and statistical tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience developing data processing documentation and training.

You would benefit from having:

  • Master’s degree.
  • Experience with tools like SAS, Google Looker Studio, Salesforce, Denodo, Tableau, Qualtrics, Python, and SQL.
  • Experience in a higher education setting, particularly in Enrollment Management or Institutional Research.
  • Background in state and federal reporting for higher education.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases.
