In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytic requirements for reports and projects.
• Extract, manipulate, and explore data using statistical and visualization tools.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for real-time data insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes using data analytics.
• Stay updated with industry trends in HR data analytics.
• Work with HR and IT departments for data alignment and integration.
• Advise on key HR metrics selection and implementation.
• Follow university policies and safeguard assets.
