In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to identify business challenges and objectives.
• Define project scope and objectives in alignment with user needs and industry standards.
• Modify processes to solve complex problems.
• Translate user requirements into system specifications.
• Validate data accuracy and completeness.
• Provide consultation on the use of enterprise data and analytics platforms.
• Recommend document standards and procedures.

• Collaborate with management and colleagues across the organization.

• Develop operational reports and presentations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of professional experience
