The University of Mississippi Medical Center is looking for a dedicated Data Analyst to support their 340B Pharmacy Compliance. This role is crucial for overseeing and optimizing the 340B Program, involving regulatory adherence and program enhancement in alignment with healthcare and pharmacy service standards.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct regular 340B compliance audits and ensure program adherence to regulations.
• Manage split-billing processes and educate involved staff to ensure compliance.
• Oversee 340B inventory purchasing to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Optimize program efficiency through cost-saving initiatives and system improvements.
• Develop reports for tracking and improving financial impact of the 340B program.
• Maintain and develop 340B policies to limit liabilities and support audits.
• Design quality assurance training for staff related to the 340B Program.
