The University of Nevada, Reno is seeking a dedicated Personnel Analyst 1 to enhance HR operations through accurate reporting and meticulous benefits analysis. This role is integral to maintaining compliance with ACA regulations and facilitating efficient benefits administration. The successful candidate will ensure the University continues to provide exemplary services as part of its expansion and commitment to excellence.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and compliance of benefits administration processes
• Validate data and generate comprehensive reports
• Maintain adherence to ACA regulations
• Determine benefits eligibility and provide guidance on health insurance options
• Facilitate open enrollment and reconcile billing
• Manage additional duties as assigned
