The Space Data & Reporting Analyst position supports the Space Planning and Management unit in the office of Institutional Research and Planning.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Support assignments related to the Space Planning and Management unit.
• Gather and analyze university space data for reporting.
• Assist in collecting and maintaining the university space management database.
• Collaborate with full-time staff and student employees on data collection methods and best practices.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure data integrity from campus building audits.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience

You would benefit from having:

• Technical aptitude and ability to generate reports from Intelligence within Asset Management.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to organize and follow complex technical procedures.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and AIM Asset Inventory Management system.
• Experience working in a university or college setting.
