In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and maintain data related to program applications, enrollments, attendance, and evaluations.
- Utilize data management tools such as Qualtrics, Power BI, and Excel.
- Provide technical support for data systems and develop reports for program analysis.
- Oversee program logistics and student engagement initiatives.
- Assist in creating reports on program outcomes and student performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to integrate student services and data effectively.
- Ensure data management aligns with program goals and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree with 2 to 3 years of experience in data management or analysis.
- Proficiency in Open Canvas, Qualtrics, Student Access, and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with R Studio, Power BI, Python, and Excel.
You would benefit from having:
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Data Management, or Data Analysis.
- Prior experience in program coordination or student engagement roles.
