In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards with SQL, Python, and Tableau.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams for licensing reporting data.
- Extract Fair Lending reporting data in cooperation with relevant teams.
- Assist in developing and reporting recurring risk metrics.
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis.
- Support Risk and Compliance teams in maintaining key performance indicators.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Grow within Risk and Compliance operations focusing on database and reporting.

This role requires you to have:
- 5+ years in quantitative, analysis, or reporting roles in Financial Services.
- Advanced SQL proficiency, including PostgreSQL and Redshift.
- Proficient in Excel.
You would benefit from having:
- Python scripting or other scripting knowledge.
- At least 1 year with a BI tool, particularly Tableau.
- Ability to integrate data from multiple sources and provide strategic recommendations.
