The Senior Data Analyst role supports the Investor Analytics team in delivering analytical insights that inform data-driven decision-making and advance Upstart's capital strategy. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Capital Markets and Lending Partnership teams to enhance capital strategy.
- Engage investors to strengthen confidence in Upstart's platform.
- Partner with multiple teams to develop credit metrics and financial forecasts.
- Identify strategic opportunities and risks to drive decisions within the credit platform.

This role requires you to have:
- Over 6 years of experience in the technology and financial sectors.
- Expertise in credit analytics, valuation, and quantitative financial models.
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data analysis.
- Experience with large datasets, data modeling, and data pipelines using tools like Databricks, DBT, Looker, Snowflake, and Redshift.
You would benefit from having:
