In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop analytical capabilities to enhance servicing methods and improve operational efficiency.
- Create executive presentations to convey findings and strategic insights.
- Design experiments and perform quantitative analyses to test hypotheses about user interactions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve servicing data capabilities.
- Maintain business intelligence tools to aid reporting and decision making.
- Mentor junior team members while fostering a culture of expertise in data and analytics.

This role requires you to have:
- 8+ years in senior analytical roles in technology and finance.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and/or R.
- Experience with large datasets, unstructured data, and data modeling.
- Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science or related fields.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with A/B testing in financial or operational contexts.
- Knowledge of consumer lending and post-origination servicing.
- Ability to influence decision-making within cross-functional teams.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring on technical subjects.
